Hey, everybody. This is my video on how I saved $1,442.17 on my new fence. Now, my friends have been bugging me to make this video, so here you go.

Now, I'm guessing that I'm a lot like you. I live in the metro Boston area, I bet you do too. I've got a couple of kids, and I also have a dog. Because we live on a little bit of a busy street, I decided finally that it was time to invest in a fence.

But, I'm going to be honest with you, I had heard some horror stories -- absolute horror stories -- about these less-than-professional fence companies and contractors out there. Now I'm talking about guys who are working out the back of their pickup truck, who stole the deposit, who were late on their dates, who went out of business or who would even use inferior materials in the fence like "Chinese cedar", which I don't know if you've heard about, but it may not hold up to New England weather.

Basically, I just didn't want to get ripped off, and I wanted to find a company that would stand behind their work. And did you know this? This really blew me away. There is a new law in Massachusetts that says if a contractor is not properly insured and there's an accident on your job, then you can get sued. Now that was just unbelievable to me, and it really concerned me.

So, I did a lot of research. I went on the Internet, I talked to a bunch of neighbors and friends at work, and I found a local company. Local is important to me. They put my fears to rest and really did a terrific job installing my fence.

So, here's the bottom line. I give my business to a company called Reliable Fence. Here's their logo; I grabbed it right from their website and threw it in here. Now there are three things that I liked about Reliable, really three main reasons that I went with them.

Number one, Reliable's got a great reputation based on 50 years of serving the Boston metro area. I looked them up on Angie's List, you can go check it out at angieslist.com, and I found that Reliable had won a Super Service award, which apparently is given to just the top 5% of contractors in the area. I checked out their record with the Better Business Bureau, and it was excellent. It even included an award given for 25 years of good work.

Number two, they have full and complete insurance and it meets the requirements of that new Massachusetts law. Now, that's liability insurance, worker's comp insurance and vehicle insurance. The reason I know this is because I asked them to show me proof, I wasn't going to take their word for it. Basically, by going with Reliable, I knew I was protected from some of those BS frivolous lawsuits that I could have been if I went with one of those other guys.

Number three, the final reason I went with Reliable, I think they really gave me the best overall value for my money. I saved over $1400 versus the highest bidder that quoted my job. I couldn't believe it, 1400 bucks!

Now, the work crews from Reliable were very professional and the sales guy also answered all of my questions. As you can imagine from this video, I had a lot of them. He didn't give me that high pressure sales thing, which just turns me off. I've got to tell you, bottom line, the fence looks beautiful. I've gotten a lot of compliments from my neighbors and even from the in-laws; which believe me, is pretty rare.

So, Reliable Fence, they get my highest recommendation. I've got to say, if you're considering putting in a fence you should really consider including them in your quote. I'll tell you what, I think they'll do a great job and they'll probably give you the best value for your money. They sure did for me.

Here's what to do next. Number one, go visit the Reliable website. Number two, just fill in the short form to have the folks get in touch with you.

Now, listen... I did an awful lot of research to find the best fence company in the Boston metro area, and bottom line, I think you'll be very happy working with them.

All right, that's it. Hope you enjoyed the video. Good luck!

Sincerely,

Alan Bates
